Dr. Vladimir Tabakman has been a Houstonian since 1990. Dr. Tabakman is a Certified Houston Orthodontist and a Premier Invisalign® Provider and Invisalign® Teen Provider, specializing in orthodontics.
His practice philosophy is to provide the highest quality orthodontic treatment in a personal and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Tabakman believes in using the most up to date technology to create an outstanding functional result while creating an exceptional, natural and beautiful smile. You can count on Dr. Tabakman’s individual attention throughout your treatment and at every visit. Dr. Tabakman enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of his patients and their families resulting in improved self-esteem and self-confidence.
Dr. Tabakman earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Houston. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious University of Texas at San Antonio, where he graduated at the top of his class. Dr. Tabakman received his Masters degree in Orthodontics from the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, upon completing a two year residency. Dr. Tabakman was on the Dean's Honor List, graduated with highest honors, and was awarded the Dental Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Academic Achievements. He has also completed numerous hours of continuing education.

Outside the office he enjoys traveling, sports (especially soccer, tennis, swimming), and spending time with his family. Dr. Tabakman enjoys donating his time to support the extracurricular activities of his patients in the area, as he feels this is a small way to give back to the community he is serving. He has given lectures at several local schools and provided numerous scholarships, in addition to supporting local team sports and charities.
